\nYou face the truth of all your fears
\nAnd everyone’s reduced to tears
\nSo have a cup of tea<\/p>\n
There’s no-one left to give advice
\nExcept a man who’s far from nice
\nI do not need to tell you twice
\nJust have a cup of tea<\/p>\n
You’ve no idea what you should do
\nYour mind is mired in goops of glue
\nThere’s just one thing can give a clue
\nA perfect cup of tea<\/p>\n
There is no need to hurry up
\nJust find the pot and then a cup
\nNow take your time and sit and sup
\nThat calming cup of tea<\/p>\n
In moments you will comprehend
\nThat life is nowhere near the end
\nIt’s good to have that special friend
\nA perfect cup of tea<\/p>\n
Whatever troubles that you face
\nHowever much life’s out of place
\nDeep underground or lost in space
\nYou only need some tea<\/p>\n
Its liquid wisdom puts things right
\nYou’ll find the answers are in sight
\nAnd all your enemies take flight
\nWhen you’ve a cup of tea<\/p>\n
A panacea for every ill
\nA stiffener of wavering will
\nIt’s good for you so drink your fill
\nAnother cup of tea<\/p>\n
And while you’re there pour one for me
\nLife’s not as right as it could be
\nThere’s just one thing will set us free
\nWe both need cups of tea
\nKeep pouring cups of tea
\nWhat’s that? You’ve made some tea?
\nAnd there’s a cup for me?
\nOf course I want some tea
\nA lovely cup of tea
\nIt’s all about the tea!
