\nThere’ll come a time when it is right to die,
\nWhen I have run as far as I’ve a mind.
\nI hope I’ll be beneath a Moon-blessed sky,
\nSo she can watch me leave the World behind.<\/p>\n
When I have seen my children to their best
\nAnd in their turn, their children take the stage.
\nI’ll settle down and put my dreams to rest,
\nSurrendering to unforgiving age.<\/p>\n
I do not want to live another way,
\nNo astral plane and no Elysian field;
\nThis is my place and I’ll have had my day,
\nBefore it’s time to fold my cards and yield.<\/p>\n
This life’s enough, I’m who I hoped to be,
