\nThe good and ill, the happy and the sad

We each of us contain the seeds of truth
\nCompeting with the starts of many lies
\nBeginning when we wear the cares of youth
\nOur actions choose which shots will win the prize<\/p>\n
On sunny days your best is put on show
\nWhen shadows reign the dark inside grows strong
\nA kindly deed will give your heart a glow
\nA monster feeds on fruits of doing wrong<\/p>\n
These beasts inside are fed by what we do
\nWhich ones will thrive is always up to you<\/p>\n

\nThe Tale of Two Wolves<\/p>\n
A young boy visits his grandfather.<\/p>\n
On arrival he joins the old man at the fire-side and immediately notices that
\nhis grandfather looks worried. Concerned for his relative, the boy asks him
\nwhat the matter is – and the old man replies that he is afraid for his life.<\/p>\n
The young boy is shocked and asks why – to which his grandfather replies that
\nhe has two wolves at war in his stomach.<\/p>\n
This scares the youngster and he asks his grandfather about the two wolves…<\/p>\n
“One wolf is arrogant, angry, vengeful, sly and full of hate”, replies his
\ngrandfather, “the other is kind and generous, thoughtful and compassionate”.<\/p>\n
The young boy thinks this through then, very much afraid for his grandfather,
\nhe asks him which wolf will win.<\/p>\n
