\nThe sonnet is a simple form of verse,
\nWith bouncing flow and easy perfect rhyme.
\nThe only trick to master is, rehearse!
\nYou have to get it right time after time.<\/p>\n
It starts with flow, you think “de DUM de DUM”
\nAnd let that meter occupy your mind;
\nThe finished piece will always be the sum
\nOf rhythm and the best rhymes you can find.<\/p>\n
A sonnet stands on content in the end,
\nAnd at the end the couplet is the king.
\nA gorgeous start will always be your friend
\nBut perfect finishing is everything.<\/p>\n
The mystique’s just a load of ballyhoo
\nIf you can write, the sonnet is for you.<\/p>\n

\nWell actually it’s only the Shakespearean sonnet of course, in English I feel
\nit is the simplest one to master, you only need to find rhymes in pairs and you
\nhave something to aim for.
\nAs I say in the sonnet just start by getting the rhythm in your head, make
\nyourself think in the beat
\ndiDUM diDUM diDUM diDUM diDUM
\nAnd write a first line, expand it into a quartet, then start thinking about
\nyour couplet. After that you only have to fill in the gaps
