Hirsute Delusions

\nNo engineer approaches his precision.
\nVicissitudes require artistic flare
\nAnd every stroke demands the right decision.<\/p>\n
The work must start before the world’s awake —
\nAn hour a day deploying scant resources.
\nIf he could see the truth his heart would break,
\nHis artistry still terrifies the horses.<\/p>\n
It’s obvious from thirty yards away,
\nEach single hair must do the job of twenty.
\nA breath of breeze and all’s in disarray,
\nYet he believes we see the days of plenty.<\/p>\n
His comb-over screams loud for all to see
