It’s All A Crooked Game

\nIt’s all a crooked game of chase the lady
\nThe world’s a bungo booth where all must play
\nIt’s impolite to call the players shady
\nBut bent or straight the game is here to stay<\/p>\n
The rich get rich some poor are also richer
\nBut others only play the game to lose
\nWhen deals are done you’re either fool or stitcher
\nWho joins the ends, you simply have to choose.<\/p>\n
Some people think the game is right for changing
\nThey’re right of course, but that can’t ever be
\nAnother game would take too much arranging
\nAnd revolutions lead to misery<\/p>\n
We’ve spun the wheel and seen how money flows
\nWhere it will end, for now, nobody knows!<\/p>\n
